White Lagoon Resort provides accommodation in air-conditioned coastal cottages, lagoon-facing pool access, dining at our multicuisine restaurant, and curated water sports and excursion packages. All services described on this site are subject to availability and seasonal weather conditions. We reserve the right to adjust activity schedules, including dolphin-watching cruises and sunset sails, when safety or marine conditions require it.
Guests are expected to provide accurate personal details at the time of booking, including contact information and any health conditions relevant to water sports participation. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, especially near the pool, lagoon, and activity decks. Please follow the instructions of our crew during jet ski rides, banana boat rides, and boat excursions, and wear the provided life jackets without exception.
Direct bookings made through this website include complimentary breakfast and are subject to our standard cancellation policy, which is shared at the time of reservation. Activity packages can be rescheduled once without charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows for scheduled activities are non-refundable. While we take reasonable care to maintain the safety of our property and activities, White Lagoon Resort is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries arising from failure to follow safety instructions, participation in activities against our crew's advice, or incidents caused by natural conditions such as tides, currents, or weather. Guests join water sports and excursions at their own risk.
